Hi Alistair, I think I agree with what you propose, this is clearly a nice way to deal with the fact these documents are likely to be edited in a collective way. I have however concerns about the readability of the final document and its 'ready-to-export' propriety. The many colors and tables, and the lack of auto;atic numbering in the wiki (or at least in your document) might cause problems.
