Why?

In Guus proposal, when you want to create a link between labels, the
model implies that you use two new properties (prefLabelR, altLabelR,
taking the lastest version [1]) that are quite similar to the existing
prefLabel and altLabel. Then you have the class Label, but this has a
quantitatively equivalenty load to your LabelRelation class. And then
you have 2 properties (that have to be differentiated, as you did in
your example) to link the label, while Guus'proposal only need 1.

So in the end I would say that this is really a debatable 'bit less
ontological commitment'

By the way this 'counting' does not take into account the weight of the
seeLabelRelation. To me, you could remove it, this would have the
benefit of not anchoring your link to one concept exclusively. This
anchoring can have some advantages, but it also seems very restrictive.
If you were to have 2 labels linked that belong to different concepts
(e.g. if your label relationship is 'antonym') would you attach the
labelRelation instance to both concepts?

Antoher question, purely formal: is this new proposal of yours
deprecating the more general proposal you launched in [2]?

Cheers,

Antoine
