Per my [1]action from Monday's WG telecon, I have created a WBS
questionnaire [2] to collect information on expected participation in
the upcoming face-to-face meeting in Galway.

Please provide your data in the questionnaire at your earliest
opportunity.  If you are unsure at this time, please use the
questionnaire to enter 'unsure' in the Attendance comment field.
