Jane You are right, the telecon is at 23:00 for you. And of course this time is not very convenient. But it is very difficult to arrange a telecon from West US to Australia. We tried to make it possible for everyone (still very difficult for some people). So, do your best (of course we understand if you can't make it) and since after the first meeting we will know exactly the participants, we promise to schedule the next telecon at a more convenient time for you (morning or early afternoon, it depends on the participants).
