It's all in interpretation and connotation, but my interpretation as a participant in the meeting and of the meeting record [1] was that you raised the suggestion that a page to which many people could contribute FAQ suggestions would help collect ideas from which Benjamin could draw to maintain the edited page. The meeting (and I was in favor) thought this was a good suggestion and gave you the go-ahead to start it in the W3C Wiki. If you find that it doesn't help, please let the WG know.
