RE: [SE] Agenda 12 April telecon 1700 UTC

Regrets for today's telecon; I have a conflict with another regular
project meeting today.

The more I look at the draft, the more I see we have taken on an
important and difficult challenge. These are new emerging ideas that
build on [in some cases long] traditions of AI, KR, Semantic Web,
Automated Software Engineering, UML, MDA etc. We are tying to see how
it all fits together, and trying to define a vision for how to move
forward.

This is a very worthwhile activity, as evidenced by the acceptance of
the workshop propoal at ISWC (I think there were quite a lot of
submisisons).

However I am being more convinced that this is out of scope for this WG.

There is no best practice to speak about, we are forging ahead trying to
define a new vision.

If anyone disagrees, please comment.

Mike
