Introduction: Andreas Harth

Hello,

my name is Andreas Harth. I am a PhD student with Stefan Decker at
the Digital Enterprise Research Institute of the National University
of Ireland, Galway. My interest in the Semantic Web started with the
Scientific American article, and after attending SWWS in 2001 I was
sold on the Semantic Web idea.

I developed SECO [1]. SECO provides mediation services that
aggregate, integrate, and display RDF data obtained from the Web.
SECO won second prize in last year's Semantic Web Challenge.

For this WG, my interests are in foundation ontologies (such as
measurements, time, space) and how to use and deploy data and rules
on the Semantic Web. I hope I can contribute to the WG, and am
looking forward to working with you.

Regards,
Andreas.
