Various out-of-date SVG-in-OT specs/drafts

1. Cam, others,

Several folks are somehow finding the unofficial editors draft http://dev.w3.org/SVG/modules/fonts/SVG-OpenType.html doc and asking questions. While it does have a disclaimer, folks are still reading it and confused.

Would it be possible to somehow indicate clearly that it’s not valid any more and that
https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/svg.htm and
https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/colr.htm

should be consulted instead?

2. Chris, others,

https://www.w3.org/community/svgopentype/ points to https://www.w3.org/2013/10/SVG_in_OpenType/ as the final report of the community group, which is correct. However, OT/OFF has changed things in the standardization process. It would be good to include the above two opentype links on https://www.w3.org/community/svgopentype/ as well, and perhaps on https://www.w3.org/2013/10/SVG_in_OpenType/ as well. However, other suggestions are welcome as well.

Thanks,
Sairus
