Hi Kurt,
I have raised the PR Adding resolution of content dependent units used in sizing properties for inner SVG elements by goldenboy777 · Pull Request #999 · w3c/svgwg<https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/pull/999> , but I don't seem to have the access to add reviewers. Can you help me here?

Also,  I had to mark the PR as non-substantive for IPR, otherwise IPR error was indicating that my Github account is not linked with the W3C account. I have linked the account but that does not seem to be reflecting in the IPR check. Does the linking take some time to reflect, or do I not have the permission to add substantive PRs?
