Regarding landing the resolution of https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12376 in a SVG Spec.

Hi All,
We have opened an issue [css-sizing-3][css-values-4] Define `width` and `height` CSS values for SVG Elements in a mapping · Issue #12376 · w3c/csswg-drafts<https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12376> regarding the ambiguity of width and height CSS values w.r.t SVG elements, based on our recent interaction with the CSSWG chairs we have gotten the Resolution :
"content dependent units used in width and height for inner SVG elements resolve to SVG's definition of auto"

We wanted to introduce/edit this resolution in a SVG spec if possible, we wanted to understand what is the procedure for that?
is there a timeline for landing this change? Also, in which SVG spec can this change even be landed , in SVG2.0 spec or some other spec?
