I have availability every week day except Wednesdays between 15:00 and 
17:00 UTC. On Wednesdays I have availability from 16:00 to 17:00 UTC, 
until the clocks change again in the Spring.

I could manage an hour earlier on Tuesdays and Fridays, but otherwise 
things get complicated depending on the time of year etc..
