Hmm. <use> is _supposed_ to be a virtual clone and is implemented that way
in a number of different viewers. Webkit/Blink/Gecko chose to implement it
as a true clone which is sub-optimal IMHO.

Describing <use> via web components goes down the road of true clone which
is a mistake if you ask me.
