I would disagree. This is just the FPWD. So there might still be changes and some ideas might still be addressed in the next WD. For instance "Arbitrary fills for shapes" was something that I want to bring up on the next SVG WG discussion. Also, what does "remove" mean? I thought we want to keep the annotations in our source code for documentation reasons?
