Note that we have a resolution for the SVG Fonts in SVG2:
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/SVG2_Resolutions#SVG_2_will_mandate_support_for_SVG_Tiny_fonts_support.2C_and_SVG_Full_fonts_will_be_specified_in_a_separate_module
