wiki information for F2F topics

Hello everyone.  By the powers vested in me as co-chair, I declare that
we have an additional week to fill in information on the wiki about the
F2F topics we will be leading.  I think having information there one
week in advance should be sufficient.  (And besides, I haven’t started
putting mine up yet!)

Thanks to those of you who have already put some information up already.
