Progress on ACTION-2910 cleanup changes appendix

Hello public-svg-wg,

Some progress on ACTION-2910: Cleanup changes appendix for SVG Full 1.1 2nd Edition

I have cleared off the previous changes and made a start on adding changes since the Last call publication, using CVS logs.

Updates are part done, wanted to check in and notify of progres before todays call. To keep track I have been using the attached text file.
