Hello, Mohamed has asked us to link to ECMAScript 5th Edition of December 2009. We aren't sure what edition is actually implemented in browsers, and other SVG implementors. Comments by implementors would help here. In general we want to link to the latest edition that is actually implemented. I understand that 4th edition was a bit of a fork, and has been spun off into a separate project? This http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECMAScript#Version_correspondence seems to indicate that 3rd edition is the right reference but has no mention of 5th edition. And this 2009 interview with Brendan Eich http://www.sdtimes.com/blog/post/2009/04/16/Brendan-Eich-Explains-ECMAScript-Fifth-Edition-To-You.aspx indicates that 5th edition is 3rd edition plus errata, and is or soon will be implemented.
