      would happen from conflating approved and accepted

      to the new one

* ISSUE-2201: Return value of SVGAnimationElement.getStartTime unclear
  ACTION-2401: (CM, closed) Create an errata item for getStartTime that
      it introduces an exception when the start time is unresolved

* ISSUE-2199: Underlying transform value erratum now conflicts with 1.2T
  ACTION-2394: (CM, closed) Update 1.1 erratum on underlying transform
      values to match 1.2T

* ISSUE-2203: color-profile "local" IDL attribute erratum incorrect

  Actions that probably require editing of the errata document before
  the F2F:
  ACTION-1513: (DS) Review the spec for the consisten use of glyph and
      em square/cell, and get rid of character cell
      (was jwatt to take that or some related action to finish the
      #definition-character-cell erratum?)
  ACTION-2404: (DS) Add errata item for root overflow
  ACTION-2386: (JW) Investigate the "SVGZoomEvent - Interface" errata item further
    (this action should probably be generalised to investigating all of
    the open ZoomEvent-related errata)

  Other open errata are scheduled to be discussed at the F2F.
