I don't believe so.  I was aware of the guidance against @rev in
microformats, but for legacy content, it still is used for at least
VoteLinks.  But more importantly, it is still used in RDFa, which is
equally important to enable:

 http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-syntax/#relValues
