ISSUE-2188 (BackgroundImage): Clarify/correct BackgroundImage [Module: Filters] http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/track/issues/2188 Raised by: Doug Schepers On product: Module: Filters Robert O'Callahan noted on IRC that the current wording [1] in the Filters spec "reflects a misunderstanding of the implications of BackgroundImage as specced... as specced, the temporary buffer might have to be *larger* than the current viewport". In any case, this is not implemented, or not implemented interoperably, so we should find out what the consensus behavior should be, or possibly simplify this functionality.
