Re: [svg-aam] Take a pass at existing pointers to the SVG AAM and CORE AAM sspecifications (#42)

I've gone through each of the broken fragments - here's what I think should happen:

## 1) https://svgwg.org/specs/animations/

Broken fragments:
https://svgwg.org/specs/animations/#DiscardElement (line 1797)

This is broken because the`<discard>` element was removed from SVG last year due to lack of implementations.

**We can just remove this anchor**

## 2) https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.2/

Broken fragments:

https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.2/#document-handling (line 3745)
https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.2/#keyboard-focus (line 1132)
https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.2/#mapping_additional_widget-value (line 3565)
error Lines: 2475, 2497, 2668, 2696, 2718, 2984

**Yes, that fixes these.** I've just tested them all with https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.1/

## 3) https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html

Broken fragments:
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#SolidcolorElement (line 2984)
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#MeshpatchElement (line 2696)
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#MeshElement (line 2668)
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#HatchpathElement (line 2497)
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#MeshrowElement (line 2718)
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/pservers.html#HatchElement (line 2475)

These are broken because these features were in the 2016 CR but removed in the 2018 CR. See the note in https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/changes.html#pservers

## 4) https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/interact.html

Broken fragments:
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/interact.html#CursorElement (line 1728)

These is broken because the cursor element was in the 2016 CR but removed in the 2018 CR. See the note in 
https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG2/changes.html#interact
