Remaining ones for which we need to maintain patches seem to be known already: - `SVGAElement` implementing conflicting interfaces, tracked in #312 - `SVGPathElement` being defined both in SVG2 and SVG Paths (differently, and with incorrect IDL in SVG Paths).
