[svg-aam] Define computedrole for the SVG roles table (#24)

cookiecrook has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/svg-aam:

Based on the outcome of this ARIA issue…
- https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/1887

And this graphics-aam issue:
- https://github.com/w3c/graphics-aam/issues/7

And this html-aam issue:
- https://github.com/w3c/html-aam/issues/464

SVG-AAM (or svg-aria) may need an update similar to:
- https://github.com/w3c/core-aam/pull/167


However, since SVG-AAM primarily points to the role mappings of core-aam, html-aam, and graphics-aam, it's possible this isn't needed in svg-aam... To avoid duplication. Not sure.
