This is maybe another indication, that it is time to replace the CR with a working draft created from the last editors draft to make clear as well, that the CR is not up to date anymore, not ready for real use. Modules like that for animations are still not even CR, most parts of the core module of SVG 2 are still indicated as editors draft. Therefore it was far to early to publish only the first page (Overwiew,html) as an CR and removing most new features from the rest of this SVG2 editors draft from 2018-10-04 .
