No, I think you might likely be better off writing an SVG2 schema from scratch based on a rigorous auditing of the restrictions in the SVG2 spec. I have zero confidence that the https://github.com/validator/validator/tree/master/schema/svg11 is thoroughly aligned with the current requirements in the SVG2 spec.
