Also relevant: the canvas APIs already define a [`HTMLOrSVGImageElement`](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/canvas.html#htmlorsvgimageelement) but only as a typedef. This would be about making that a mixin that defines the shared properties/methods.
