We should either add these to the historical.html test on web platform tests (for added incentive) and push for removal, or reinstate these. There has been movement recently on removing a bunch of the legacy features that were dropped from the spec. Removing them would avoid the Element vs SVGElement issue brought up in the 2013 minutes. Usage was basically zero in Chrome, but I noticed they've hokey sticked a bit recently. https://www.chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/205 https://www.chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/204 Is this related to the new collection metrics @foolip ? Is it still below Google's normal deprecation threshold? -- GitHub Notification of comment by dstorey Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/309#issuecomment-386763792 using your GitHub account
