@SimonSapin When 1px is a relative unit (as it is defined by CSS) then it is equal to 1 user unit. So yes.

SVG2 should already link to CSS definitions for all `<length>` values. Therefore, I hope, there is no confusion that there could be a difference between presentation attributes values and other attribute values.

As said before, for presentation attributes we should require the legacy CSS parsing mode. That is also what WebKit does. Then it should be defined by CSS Syntax (?) what a unitless value means. For all other attributes we should be more explicit maybe.
