Yes, color-interpolation="linearRGB" is not implemented in browsers. (It used to be, in the Adobe and Corel plugins a decade ago). So they all do sRGB (which is what the Compositing spec says to do, and is mathematically incorrect and gives artifacts, but matches what Photoshop does).
