== Add 'Applies to' info to attribute definition tables ==
Attributes obviously apply to specific elements or categories of 
elements. Therefore their definition table should contain an 'Applies 
to' section describing this relation like it's done for CSS 
properties.

The description may either consist of a list of all elements like it's
 done in the [attribute 
reference](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/attindex.html) (which looks a 
bit like overkill to me when there are a lot of them), or it could be 
a textual note like 'all elements', 'shape elements' or 'animation 
elements' (linking to their definition).
