The paint servers chapter uses at least two different ways of 
declaring the syntax for attributes, neither of which are the same as 
the blue boxes used in other chapters.

See also #113, which relates to the blue boxes inside `<dt>` being 
very confusing to screen reader users, particularly when there is only
 one entry in the definition list.
