nikosandronikos has just labeled an issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg as "Document structure chapter": == Add a load event when tree for use element is generated? == First suggest in #206 by @AmeliaBR It may be helpful if a load event is dispatched after the shadow tree for a `use` element is successfully generated.
