Howdy, With a splendid SVG Open 2010 now behind us, it is natural to contemplate the future. In particular what should become of our Interest Group. Several of us at the conference had several different ideas about that bouncing about. Perhaps it would make sense to brainstorm a bit about our collective agenda and see just what folks think would be reasonable directions to try to focus upon. I know I have at least a million directions I'd like to see us go, but maybe if we did sort of a round-robin where each of us adds one idea to the list of things (in non-directed brainstorming mode) we'd all get an idea of the sorts of things others are thinking about. I'll begin with one of my million ideas just for fun and to get things started: 1. Since SVG support in IE is around the corner, isn't it time to rewrite the SVG article on Wikipedia to include interactivity, script, animation, etc.? Wikipedia has a huge repository of SVG imagery already and it might make sense to use that forum to showcase some of the cooler features of this language that will soon become a lingua franca for people speaking vector graphics. Other ideas? David
