I think it's a good idea as well: I've been "using" Amaya in my spare time (to give support/bug hunt, as part of my involvement it its community so my opinion is a little biased) and, although I can't currently run it in my machine (due to a bug I haven't been able to report yet), the WYSIWIG editing, together with a reasonable source editing support makes it a good tool IMO as well. :-) I still need to figure out how to tweak its WebDAV support to fit the W3C server configuration.
