Cancelled this week: SVG IG Conference Call

Due to the TPAC this week and the fact that we don't have a lot to
discuss this week (not much progress), we've decided to cancel this
week's call.

The next conference call for the SVG Interest Group will be Thursday,
November 6th at the usual time.  If you have items to discuss, please
feel free to bring them up on the mailing list in the interim.
