Hi Joanie,

I updated some SVG test assertions and your layout tests may need changing.
The tests that changed had
                                      
 RELATION_LABELLED_BY      <not       
                           empty>     
                                      

but now does not include a RELATION_LABELLED_BY as it should not be mapped
in the changed cases (aria-labeledby=''). The following tests may be
affected. Please check them out.
