Hey all. The removal of the golden hammer from WebKit just landed: https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/198870 On a related note, if you go to https://webkit.org/nightly/archives, you can download nightly builds of Safari. You'll notice that each build has a revision number beginning with 'r'. At the time of this writing, the most recent revision available as a downloadable Safari is 198849. As you may have noticed, the URL associated with my commit ends with a similar looking number. Thus it should be possible for anyone with a Mac to wait for a revision number greater than 198870 to show up on https://webkit.org/nightly/archives, download it, and examine the de-hammerified implementation using the Apple Accessibility Inspector which comes with XCode and/or try things with VoiceOver. I mention this just in case anyone is motivated or has a need to do so, without having to build anything themselves. And also because there was a question at today's meeting regarding whether or not the committed implementation (and subsequent fixes) were in Safari. Please let me know if you have any questions.
