Thanks for the breakdown of options, Michael. Can this be put on the agenda for next week? If anyone has any preferences or concerns about any of the options, please send a note to the mailing list before then. I would lean towards creating a separate tracker for the task force. It's what the CSS/SVG Effects task force does. If people have to remember to create Bugzilla issues separately, it isn't likely to be used much. (imagine ACTION: Create an Action re that thing you were going to do). Requiring everyone involved with the task force to join the SVG WG somewhat defeats the purpose of having a shared task force. I also think having an opt-in list of people active in the task force might be useful for other purposes.
