Heads up:

I pulled in Amelia's changes to the SVG-AAM and corrected the respec.
defects. I am continuing to review this but I would like the group to do so
as well. I would like us to release a heartbeat draft update. Some of the
big changes are in name and description computation as well as explicitly
calling out elements excluded from the accessibility tree. I would like to
discuss these on a later call, in particular the notes Amelia put int the
document.
