Hi folks, I posted before about creating a useful methodology for working out the CO2 footprint of running servers, so we can put some numbers behind this sustainable web / planet friendly web / green UX we're all excited about. Has anyone on this list created a full life cycle analysis model before? If so, what did you use? I see free software like http://www.openlca.org/, available to build one, which I think lets you share models in a load of open formats - this would help us with adoption of the ideas we keep talking about. However, I've never used it before, and I'm looking for people who have. So, I'd be super grateful for any pointers - thanks in advance.
