TF leads

Hi All,

In next week's meeting we will ask for volunteers to lead the individual 
task forces. We have had success with each task force working 
asynchronously, communicating primarily over Slack and Google 
Docs/GitHub. If you are curious about what is involved in leading a Task 
Force, please contact me or the chairs.

You do not have to be a member of the IG to participate in Slack. You do 
need to be a member of the IG to lead a task force.
