Re: Acknowledgements

Per Olli's suggestion, I propose to follow the more conventional format
of not including an Authors section, and only listing Editors (at the top
of the document, as it is now) and Acknowledgements (at the bottom of the
document, as it is now).

- The members of the HTML Speech Incubator Group, and the corresponding
Final Report, created the basis for this specification.
