Re: Acknowledgements

I propose an Editors and an Authors section, and an Acknowledgements section,
similar to what was done in the EMMA spec [1].

Final Report, created the basis for this specification.

If anyone prefers that their name appear in a different section, or
believes sections should be organized differently, please propose it.
(Olli, Milan, I've made the changes you requested above. However, if after
this clarification, you prefer your name appear under Authors, I'll make
that change.)
