Picking up this thread again.

I get the impression that we're pretty happy with the names
SpeechRecognizer and SpeechSynthesizer?

If so, I would like to go ahead and rename SpeechRecognition to
SpeechRecognizer and TTS to SpeechSynthesizer in the spec unless there
are any objections.
