I want to second Andy's request to keep the group open. Another reason why the group may seem very quiet at the moment is that several of the members are currently busy in the RDF-star WG, where some of the aspects of things discussed earlier in this CG are currently under particular consideration to be included in REC track documents. I would assume that, once the WG is done, we will see more activity again in this CG (particularly in its Github issues).
