On this one I would just like to note that old repository practically has only 17 line long README file. Of course it took time and effort to put it together but in case someone is not familiar with it, they might get a wrong impression that a major chunk of existing work was missed here. As useful as this information is, my main point was not about the volume of work that was discarded, but about the act of discarding existing efforts and starting from scratch unilaterally, without consensus (which seems to be becoming a pattern). Issue #5 has been open since September 2025 without resolution. The first commit on the new repository is March 4, 2026.
