Hi Jesse, I’ve added JSS (JavaScript Solid Server) to the spreadsheet, a
WAC-based server currently in alpha, targeting a 0.1 release this year.  It
currently implements WAC (not ACP).

I’ve also started compiling WebACL documentation at

http://webacl.org/

and will continue adding known implementations.
