It does seem there’s been some movement toward copyleft in parts of the Linked Data ecosystem (e.g. ActivityPub implementations), likely reflecting concerns around network services and reciprocity. Solid has historically leaned MIT/permissive. It may be worth explicitly exploring how permissive and copyleft models can coexist in the ecosystem, and where each is most appropriate. > > On Wed, Apr 8, 2026 at 9:53 AM Melvin Carvalho <melvincarvalho@gmail.com> > wrote: > >> >> >> st 8. 4. 2026 v 15:44 odesílatel Jackson Morgan <jackson@setmeld.com> >> napsal: >> >>> Hello All, >>> >>> We'll be using this link as the HackMD for this meeting: >>> https://hackmd.io/@vwhV80qVSMqKfRSjBSRqDg/S1HEiRm2-e. >>> >> >> Is there a link which describes the nature and scope of the group? >> >> For example, does the scope include free software type licenses such as >> GPL, and AGPL? >> >> >>> >>> See you all there. >>> >>> On Wed, Apr 8, 2026 at 9:23 AM niko@nextgraph.org <niko@nextgraph.org> >>> wrote: >>> >>>> Hello everyone, >>>> >>>> I am very sorry, I completely forgot about my expected contribution to >>>> the group. >>>> >>>> And I wont be able to attend today's meeting. >>>> >>>> In a nutshell, the API I proposed for subscribing to a >>>> resource/namedGraph and receiving updates composed of 2 sets: the set >>>> of >>>> inserted triples, the set of deleted triples, would be minimalist. >>>> >>>> It would take the URI of the graph as argument, as well as callback. >>>> >>>> The callback would be called every time a new update occurs.
