Thanks for seeking clarification. There is no intention that I'm aware of
to do any more WAC or ACP development within the CG, the last decision
about that (as far as I'm aware)  was

If you're talking about
https://github.com/solid/web-access-control-spec/pull/129 - that was just a
clarification, trying to close out an old discussion, not a proposed spec
change.
