I am one of the 4 co-chairs of the Web Agents CG mentioned by Jesse and 
Melvin so I'll try to bridge the discussions between the two groups.

Among active people in the Web Agents community, we've been convinced 
since long ago that Solid, or at least a technology like Solid, should 
play a key role in enabling Web Agents to flourish.

If there is work on this topic in the Solid CG and there is work on this 
topic in the Web Agents CG, we need to find a convenient way to transfer 
info from one group to the other.

For instance, there may be a subgroup (or task force) dedicated to 
Agentic LD in the Solid CG and a task force dedicated to Linked Data in 
the Web Agents CG, and these subgroups could have meetings together.
